Baby Massage Course

Wow, what a first course to officially launch Jasmine Blossom Baby. Today I said goodbye to my first baby massage group after 5 lovely weeks together. As we work through our course we begin with focusing on the arms and lefgs to gently ease babies into the idea of massage and to not over stimualte, we then add on to the routine with each week focusing on different areas such as the tummy, chest and face, back/tummy time and always include a little reflexolgy to end.

The classes are completely mum and baby led. It doesn't matter if your baby cries, needs a feed or a nappy change, or just wants a cudde for the whole class. Every session finishes with the refreshments and the opportunity to chat and meet other new parents.

My next baby massage couirse starts on Monday 24th Feburary at Melton Pavillion, Melton, Suffolk from 10-11am. The cost of the course is £50 for 5 weeks and will include a goody bag and refreshments.
